Wish list 2014

Wow wow wow! it's been a year since my last blog post. Hello everyone!..... As 2013 is coming to an end, I'm going to keep my 2014 wish list a short and simple one. I'm proud to say I've accomplished 2/3 (again) of my 2013 wish list which I'm not going to list it out here. Looking forward for another successful year!

1. Relationship
- Again, strictly no relationship atm, but if it's there, it's there. If I do, I won't date a MALAY. I appreciate my friends, each and everyone of you, so yeah. Love you! Family comes first for me! Hoping for heaps and heaps of new friends!

2. Fitness
- A stepping stone for me as I have achieved my ideal weight in the year 2013. Next is to get buff (baby steps yaw). Cycling is a GO GO!

3. Finance
- No more unnecessary spending. Period. Saving mode= ON

4. Education
- Study smart, study hard, party smart, play hard. 2013 has been amazing! Dr. Drahman in the making! Better muslim in 2014! ;) AMIN

5. Travel
- Travelling MOST parts of Australia (especially Thredbo)! and God willing to the UK end of 2014! 

6. Sport
- Defending champion in tennis for MASCA Sports Carnival 2013. I WILL NOT let my title to be taken off. Also UniGames let's do this!..... 

7. Attitude
- More modest in 2014. Won't be too friendly to EVERYONE in the year 2014. (People took me for granted too many times in 2013, enough is enough)

Last but not least, I would like to apologise each and every single one of you for any of my wrongdoings! *sincere*

2013 Wish Lists? witch lease?

Hello everyone!..... First and foremost i would like to say Hi to everyone especially to my loyal readers and fellow subscribers who have been waiting and waiting for my new blog post for ages!.....  Thank you for bearing the inconveniences with me :P... together we are one...lolz?

Anyways, since 2012 is coming to an end in like 4 hrs time (well, it's almost NY in Australia), I will list down my 2013 wish lists which I hope to accomplish each and everyone of it. I've accomplished 2/3 of my 2012 wish lists and hope heaps better in 2013!

1. Lose weight
- To the gym or jog for at least 4 times a week or more. Will be treating Calories like cash, 1200cal per day(actually i've started it). myfitnesspal is the perfect app.

2. Finance
- Will be spending heaps better and wisely starting 2013. No more unnecessary spending. Buy if u need, not if u want. :P

3. Relationship
- No relationship atm, but if it's there, it's there. If I do, I won't date a MALAY. I appreciate my friends, each and everyone of u, so yeah. Love you! Family comes first for me! Hoping for heaps and heaps of new friends!

4. Education
- Study smart, study hard, party smart. 2012 has been a good year in my studies, but will hope to improve! Dr Aizat on the way! :P. Better muslim in 2013! ;) AMIN

5. Travel
- Travelling ALL around Australia! and definitely New Zealand in 2013! InsyaAllah to europe end of the year.

6. Sport
- Gonna win MASCA and then to NCG in 2013! Also UniGames!..... mark my word!

7. Vlog
- Still under consideration but it could be done! (never heard of Vlog?, go to youtube and type chris pirillo vlog, such an inspiration!)

Recently I've been to KL for a basically holiday trip besides having something to be settled. Then, I went to Seremban to meet my basically big sis since high school. Had fun with them eventhough they are studying medicine and having a busy schedule. After staying with the med students, I finally realised that how med student survive and live. The theory of having "No Life" as medical student is completely BS*. Anyways, we went to sunway pyramid on the next day and we spent the whole day there. Enjoyable trip to Seremban indeed!

18-20 November 2011

It's the busiest day of the week. Why? It's my cousin's wedding! Yeay! Since I'm in-charge of the photography that day, I have to set up a live TV for the audiences to see in the house and audiences that are far from the brides. I was too busy that I didn't even to get change to my "Baju Melayu". Disappointed even more when I didn't even get the chance to take photos with the newly wed couples! :(. Disaster happens when I was busy setting up all the cameras and all during the big say on sunday, I lost my car key! Like seriously? I checked my pockets and everywhere I could possibly find, but to no avail! I was really insanely panic and almost past out! But, I have a principle in mind that no matter what, don't panic in ANY SITUATION. At last, I found my car key in my uncle's car bonnet because while I was transferring all my stuffs in his car, my car key dropped in the bag. Syukur Alhamdullilah it doesn't went missing. Anyways, my family club, KACHS, organised mini games for kids and karaoke competition on friday and saturday night. The purpose is to make the whole weekend to be happening before the wedding starts on sunday.

Aizat's Production is again in the making to help my mom to do brochure and pictures for the event held at Petronas Matang. The event was a lucky draw for those who bought petrol for RM30 and above then they have a chance to win lots of prizes! It was a success really. Nothing much to say here but yeah, was busy!

To all SPM candidates out there! I wish you guys all the best! The key now is confidence and prayers. No more "deep" studying by now. Sleep early and bring water to school okay (my simple yet effective tip). Don't get sick and practice healthy food for a month. "Tahan" and avoid fast food. Common guys, just one month. After that enjoy as many fast foods as you guys want! take care! GO GO!

Greetings! I don't know how to start, but here goes. I've been on holiday for quite some-time, so I decided to get a tour around Kuching to find for the best boutique out there (suprisingly I'm into boutique also eyy?). Anyways, I've been lots of boutique shops in Kuching, but there's one boutique store that captured and mesmerized my eyes. I was watching movie with my friends at Star Cineplex Medan Pelita and before the movie started, I took a tour around the mall because I've not been to the new Medan Pelita for quite sometime. Then, I was shocked to see a small cozy boutique called the SRACH'S MEN. At first sight, it looks like an ordinary common boutique store, but guys, when you come inside and look at the product and price, you'll be shock! Greatly in shock! Why? They have plenty of contemporary men's wear! for an affordable price. I spent almost RM100 and what did I get? I got an Ed Hardy belt, Football Jersey and Ed Hardy T-Shirt. Ed Hardy? Wow! I know it costs more than RM100 for one T-shirt, but at SRACH'MEN, the T-shirts look original and I can't find any defects! Seriously, for the price, I was expecting defects. The football jerseys were awesome as well! For RM40, you can choose your favourite BPL, SERIE A and many more leagues football jerseys club.

Let me start off with a new paragraph :P. As I was saying, at the boutique store is just awesome. If you don't believe me, why don't pay a visit at Medan Pelita and visit SRACH'MEN boutique? Owh ya! They even have 50% discounts on selected items! I've no idea when it's gonna end, but don't miss this golden opprtunity! Have a look at yourself and tell me your thoughts about it. Hey, don't assume and think that I'm promoting this boutique, but I'm telling the truth. See for yourself! I took some pictures so that you can see for yourself! To "Your secret admirer" = Heyya! Ya! I took taekwondo before, green belt and I stopped because I have limited time in college. Currently I'm taking Wing Chun Martial Arts. To your knowledge, Wing-Chun is the most basic martial arts out there. It's all about energy and speed, not power. But I love Wing Chun more then taekwondo because it seems more relevant, :P.

To "Just asking"= Ya. I play tennis. Come let's play tennis? :P

To "Amirul Azhar" = Dude! Howwa you man? My opinion on long-distance relationship? Firstly, I don't believe in "True Love" nimore. It's just doesn't exists! Based on statistics, 75% long distance relationship won't work and ended up breaking up. So Ju, I'm not sure what is your current relationship but think twice before you wanna try on a long-distance relationship. Better safe than sorry. So, a NO to long-distance relationship to me. PERIOD

One thing you guys can describe me is I love facts, I love facts so much that I can spend time reading on facts for the whole day without any interruptions. I bet most of my friends know that I always give facts in class during my college years (some of them things I'm crapping and creating my own facts) but the truth is, I do really know most interesting facts out there.

I would like to share some interesting facts from the book I bought at Logos Hope in Penang recently. It costs at around 500 units, around RM40 plus I guess. Jacintha and I were fighting over the book because there was only one left. At last, after persuasion and all with her, we decided that I should keep the book because I love facts more :P (love her for that), :). Anyways, it's cool to know more stuffs than other people right? I mean, you get to know things that you weren't thought of before. I'll tell you 10 interesting facts that you guys should know:

1. If your sneeze were a gust of wind it would be strong enough to snap twigs

2. One million "1$ bills" weigh one tonne

Wow, it's been a while since I blog about any updates or tips. Why? I've been keeping myself busy with activities to make full use of my time. What have I been doing? Hmm, renewing passport, photoshooting, classes, making videos and many more. I've been in pain and I've been through enough for the week (I won't tell you guys about this). Anyways, renewing your passport is not a fun thing to do! Seriously, it took me 5 hrs to do a passport, why? Bcoz too many ppl!, not efficient and bla bla bla. Enough criticisms from me, I have to be grateful since I have my passport now to do my visa.

Have you guys read about the Shaza Zainuddin stupid girl blog? She had apologized to Sarawakians but trust me Miss Shaza, you will not be happy for sometime! Inter alia on account to how many Sarawakians you had "sakit hatikan" them. Anyways, humans does mistakes, so as one of thousands Sarawakians, you are forgiven. :P

I miss my friends so much. I miss hanging out with them, keeping updates with them :(. But that's life, we somehow have to move on right? :D....

CBU vs CKD- What is that?

Ever thought of buying a car soon or in the future such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi or Ferarri? Well, there are a few things that you guys should be aware of before buying your really expensive favourite car.

Before I explain, I'm very sure that almost 90% of you guys don't know about this CBU and CKD thingy. It's basically about cars that whether it's locally assembled or fully imported. Why the worries and why should I explain the differences between these two? Here's why:

What is CBU and CKD?

CBU – Completely Built Unit

Completely built unit is the terminology when a car/bike/automobile is imported/exported to/from some other country as a complete car fully assembled. These automobiles do not require an assembly before they can be sold out to the buyers in the target country’s markets. Most of the imported cars and bikes in India come as a CBU.

CKD – Completely Knocked Down

Completely knocked down car / bike /automobile is one which is imported or exported in parts and not as one assembled unit. Such units are first sent to an assembly plant in the target country where all these parts are assembled and one complete car / bike / vehicle is made using the imported components. These kinds of units generate employment in the target country as more machinery and manpower investment is needed to assemble the components to make the vehicle.

So let me briefly explain

Basically CBU is fully imported cars and CKD is they get the parts from the manufacturer country and locally assembled. In Malaysia, we have a few car factories that practiced CKD such as Mercedes, BMW and Ford. For example, if I were to buy an Audi that is CKD. Therefore the parts will be from Germany but is locally assembled in Malaysia at the factory (with expertise of course). However, do you know that our government imposed 300% tax on imported cars? But why the price of the car is slightly similar (but in Malaysia it's slightly expensive). Okay like this, most of the imported cars now are mostly CKD and our government has imposed a rule that some parts of the car must be at least 30% local or imported parts (but not from the manufacturer country). For example, my Audi will be having 30% non-german parts, like the headlamps and leather seats could be from mitsubishi.

What is the differences between CBU and CKD?

Not much difference, but for a car enthusiast, a slight difference in driving pleasure can be felt because the car is not 100% pure perfect engineering from the manufacturer country. But overall, no difference between CBU and CKD.

Aizat's Production and Aizat's Photograhy! Finally it's publicised! I have a vision where I wanted to open up my own small business since during my school years, and now I'm proud to say that I have my own production business(I can't think of a better word than business :P). I have been wanted to tell my friends about this(some of them they know about it already), but I think it's kinda childish to come out with this idea.

What can Aizat's Production and Aizat's Photography do? Well, I can make quality high end videos and pictures, with a very low price, or for free, depending on the length and type of event. I'm starting small, so hey, don't think this is a joke or I'm trying to be funny. It may not be popular or will be dead one day since I'm taking medicine, but at least I have a vision to do such businesses.

I have been making videos for KACHS (Kelab Anak Cucu Haji Sabri), TheStar Mighty Minds 2011 videos and many more. I will give you a sample pictures from Aizat's Photography. I'm having problem in uploading videos, but I'll show you guys later.

She's the one who I can rely on to share stories, she's the one that I can talk to 24/7, she's the one that I can be comfortable with, she's the one that will be my cheerleader when I needed help, her advice is priceless, she's currently my one and only closest indian friend, and she is Menaka!. :D...
